Cynthia Ruiz, MSN, RN, FNP-C, ENP
I completed my Post Masters Emergency-Trauma Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston in 2015. In addition, I completed my Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2014. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kaplan University in 2009. I began my nursing career in 1991 and earned my (RN) nursing diploma in 1993.
I have spent nearly 30 years in health care and have seen how obesity effects the body. I have worked in emergency and intensive care for most of my career. Having seen the insurance companies deny coverage to people who have paid their premiums for years is frustrating.
My goal is help people lose weight and improve their overall health and sexual lives.
